Les Bates is now employed to manage and develop the garden grounds 59 acres of THE TORRIDON www.thetorridon.co.uk including the 2 acre Kitchen Garden, supplying herbs, fruit, flowers and vegetables direct to the Hotel kitchen and restaraunt. Including the Torridon Inn, do book and enjoy a meal produced from Wester Ross , local farm, seafood produce and including fruit,vegetables, herbs from the Torridon kitchen garden.
